Poultry in transit is a cause for concern

Poultry meat is highly appreciated by consumers all around the globe. This positive reception can easily turn into a negative one as soon the quality of the product is neglected or no attention is given to welfare of the birds. Even if welfare is not a major issue, there are enough economical reasons left to take care of birds during production and transit to the processing plant.
