Thailand’s cap on poultry yields has “more than paid off”

The self-imposed supply curb that went into effect in March 2003, has not only lifted local prices, it has improved food safety and the poultry industry’s export position, says Thailand’s Broiler Processing Exporters Association president Anan Sirimongkollasem.
