Implementation and control of CAS systems
Controlled Atmosphere Stunning or stunning birds with gas requires constant monitoring and safety control measures. Due to the specific characteristics of gasses, systems have to be put in place to assure that all birds are exposed to the same gas mixture for exactly the desired time.
