People: Foodmate US names regional sales manager
Foodmate US, the North American distributor for Netherland-based Foodmate BV, has promoted Matt Foster to Regional Sales Manager for the Central States.
As Regional Sales Manager, Foster will assist Foodmate customers in Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Nebraska by helping them design and implement equipment installations and upgrades to help increase production on meat and poultry processing lines.
“Matt brings years of hands-on experience to the role of regional sales manager,” said Scott Hazenbroek, president of Foodmate US. “His experience in the field allows him to truly understand problems and to provide day-to-day solutions for managers and supervisors at the processing plants.”
Foster has more than 15 years of experience in the poultry industry having worked for two poultry equipment and three processing companies. He has a varied background in the industry having held positions as service technician, purchasing manager and maintenance supervisor. Foster previously served in sales and technical support for Foodmate US.
