Poultry Focus Asia 2012 will be held at the Queen Sirikit Center in Bangkok, Thailand on 8-10th February 2012 and will focus on ‘Productivity through Health & Nutrition’.

Some 40 or so international experts from 16 different countries will be focusing on the latest developments that poultry producers should be harnessing to improve the efficiency and profitability of their businesses.

The four Keynote speakers will focus on sustainable animal production, improving productivity and performance through genetics, new vaccines and enzymes in animal nutrition. The main body of the conference will then focus on developments in avian health and nutrition management and will round off with a consideration of how developments in incubation will impact poultry businesses.

Health topics include latest developments in our understanding of gut health, coccidiosis, mycoplasma vaccines, mycotoxins, Newcastle disease and early brooding while on the health front topics include additives, enzymes, fibre – the forgotten nutrient, phytogenics and the links between nutrition and productivity.

Speakers include six from major breeders, five from major incubation companies as well as many from global nutritional and pharmaceutical companies. Specific topics include managing the growth curve, multi-substrate enzymes, dietary electrolyte balance, control strategies for mycotoxin control and embryo response technologies.
