According to the BBC, plans to build the UK's largest egg farm has been approved by councillors.

Glenrath Farms Ltd has plans to build a total of nine free-range poultry houses in Blythbank near West Linton, Scotland. Each of the nine houses will have the capacity for 25,000 hens.
The project has been approved by the Scottish Borders Council's planning committee. The scheme will now be referred to the Scottish Government for the final decision to be made, with environmental concerns taken into consideration.
