New book: feeding organic poultry
Cabi has added another book to
its portfolio, entitled Nutrition and feeding of organic poultry,
and written by R Blair from the University of British Columbia in
Organic poultry production has increased significantly in recent years in
response to increasing consumer demand for organic eggs and chicken meat.
Nutrition and Feeding of Organic Poultry presents advice on selecting
suitable ingredients, preparing appropriate feed mixtures and integrating them
into organic poultry production systems.
