Petersime’s Service Station introduces “Electrical Drawings Library”

The Electrical Drawings Library covers all Petersime machinery ordered over the past 15 years. It took Petersime’s Service Station over a year to set up this digital project.

Between the different capacities, types of breeds, Conventional or AirStreamer incubators, setter or hatcher units, the Library has 30 different types of machines on file, split over 2,000 orders, for a total of 105,000 pages of information.
The company still delivers electrical drawing prints along with the machinery, and customers and agents can obtain a copy of their drawings by calling Petersime’s Service Station. The information can then be sent by post, fax or e-mail.
Jo De Smet (Library Manager): “With our electrical drawings available online, up-to-date and accessible 24/7, we offer even greater flexibility. Our Library transcends time zone restrictions, an important consideration when you have machines installed in 116 countries. All the agent or customer has to do is enter the serial number of the machine, select the desired drawing and download the information.”
