Insights into organic acids and their salts
Organic acids are becoming more widely accepted by
feed manufacturers and livestock producers as substitutes for antibiotic growth
promoters. However, the mode of action of organic acids and salts is not always
completely understood. This article will take a look into the mechanisms of
organic acids and salts to provide a better insight into what they are and how
they work.
