UPDATE: Three more cases of salmonella feared
Another three residents at Broughton Hall are showing symptoms associated with the suspected salmonella outbreak.
The Department of Human Services has now confirmed four cases of salmonella at the nursing home in Melbourne, according to Sharon McGowan from Benetas, however, the source is still unknown.
“We are continuing to work with the authorities and will take any necessary actions that they advise.”
