  • IMPACT: Analytical Detection of the true exposure of animals (avian & swine) to mycotoxins and their metabolites (biomarkers of exposure) via dried blood spot (DBS) examination with the highest accuracy (LC-MS/MS detection)

After receiving his BSc degree in Food Science & Technology at Tessaloniki, Greece, Christos started as a business development manager at Chr-Hansen A/S at the Greek Headquarters. He received his MSc degree in Food Biotechnology from the University in Reading (UK) in 2003 and fulfilled his PhD in Food and Human Gut Microbiology (probiotics) in 2007.
