Thai broiler industry forced to change structure

The avian influenza epidemic has had a major impact on Asia’s poultry industry. Market structures may change temporarily, but production structures need to permanently change, according to Mr Adirek Sripratak, president and CEO of Thailand’s market leader, Charoen Pokphand Foods.
