Russia lifts ban on Pennsylvanian poultry
Pennsylvanian poultry is back on the menu in Russia,
after a temporary import ban was lifted with effect from October
The ban had applied to live chickens, incubator eggs,
poultry products, chicken fodder and used poultry equipment. The ban was put in
place on 8 September, after a low-pathogenic strain of bird
was discovered in Pennsylvania.
