New strategies for detecting Salmonella and sulphonamides
In the average food production site, one sees few advanced techniques used to
screen pathogens, such as Salmonella, or chemical contaminants, such as residues
of sulphonamides. This may change as new and innovative affinity assays become
available, offering rapid and cost-effective diagnostic tools to detect these
microbials and chemicals contaminants.
