According to the controller of the federal operations, Dr Kangiwa, the
items were valued at N48m (US$380,000).
Kangiwa apparently condemned the spate of smuggling in the country and
expressed the determination of the service to stamp out the crime, warning
smugglers to desist from the act if they did not want their fingers burnt.
