Trouw Nutrition strengthens position in ME

Dr Ashraf Farah has been appointed as vice president Middle East. He will be responsible for the Trouw Nutrition Business-to-Business (B2B) activities in the Middle East countries, focussing on Saudi, Syria, UAE, Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, Jordan, Iran and Pakistan. The B2B product portfolio for the region includes a broad product range of premixes and feed additives. Dr Farah will provide sales support for these products in other countries in the region as well. He holds a PhD in poultry diseases, as well as much experience in the poultry business.

Mrs Nahed Farah has also joined Trouw Nutrition Hifeed from Selko B.V. to support in customer service, marketing and technical services for the entire Middle East area.

Roelof van de Fliert, area manager, will be responsible for the Trouw Nutrition Business-to-Farm (B2F) activities in the Middle East, focussing on the countries Yemen, Sudan, Iran, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq. Van de Fliert will bring to the Middle East market a full range of B2F nutritional products. He will also provide sales support for these products in other countries in the region.
