OvoPro - new company in egg processing
The global market for industrially processed egg products is growing due
to, amongst others, ongoing consolidation in the food industry as well as in the
egg market itself. This led to the creation of a new engineering and equipment
company - “OvoProâ€.
As from 1 August 2008, this new global operating company is launched.
OvoPro, having offices in the US, Europe and Asia, offers sophisticated
processing know-how and technology for breaking, pasteurising,
further-processing and packaging of egg products to the worldwide egg-processing
industry.
In OvoPro, specialists with extensive experience are ready to cover the
global demands on egg processing in the most adequate way, focusing on
shelf-life and functional properties, says the company.
