Intralox anticipates IPE 2010

Intralox, L.L.C., will exhibit new, breakthrough conveying technologies in Booth 3213 at the International Poultry Expo this January 27-29, 2010.

According to the company, the following innovative products from Intralox, to be featured at IPE in January, reflect the company’s dedication to solving customer problems and simplifying their production processes in order to ultimately save them money in the long term.

ThermoDrive® technology brings quick, thorough, and reliable sanitation to poultry processing by combining the positive drive benefits of modular belting with the cleanability of solid plastic belting. Like Intralox SeamFree™ belting, ThermoDrive belting is especially suited for hygiene-critical applications. It dramatically improves food safety and lowers operating costs as water, chemicals, and cleaning labor and time are substantially reduced.

Intralox’s Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB), a patented, revolutionary conveying technology for automating case handling applications, allows processors to increase throughput capacity, consume less floor space, accommodate new package types, and reduce worker safety hazards. Intralox ARB solutions have already proven their value in over 1500 installations worldwide.

– Tough Belt is a new, high-performance conveying solution for poultry processing applications characterized by extreme impact. In-house testing has revealed that the Intralox Tough Belt is able to absorb at least five times the impact energy of belt alternatives, with no breakage (tested per ASTM D3763).
