Detecting residues of veterinary drugs in eggs
When laying hens are given veterinary drugs, residues will almost inevitably
appear in the eggs. The compartmental separation of residues between yolk and
white appears to depend on the structure and lipid solubility of the drug, the
dose and extent of exposure
