Jansen invests in equipment and employees

29-06-2012 | |

The ongoing export orders of poultry housing systems has enabled Jansen Poultry Equipment in the Netherlands to complete new investments, including installing an impressive laser cutting machine to speed up the productivity.

The laser cutting machine cuts out specific steel spare parts with an outstanding accuracy. A fully automatic robot puts plates of steel in and out the laser cutting machine. The production can more easily comply with the customers demands because of this new computerised equipment.

Meanwhile Jansen Poultry has appointed three new employees. Marieke Voorhorst is the companies first secretary, Ilja Willemsen becomes head sales support and Ingrid van Helvert is the new marketing specialist. When the new head office was built four years ago it was intended to be spacious enough for the next 10 years, yet from that moment the number of employees increased from 75 up to 130.
