Now online: Revamped World Poultry

The latest issue of World Poultry has been given a new look, and is now available online with added features.

The magazine includes a section on poultry processing, highlighting the process of gas foam stunning which is considered to be the humane euthanasia method. Another article also examines the subject of tackling carcass contamination at the source.

Besides processing, the magazine focuses on Health and Nutrition including an in-depth look at the effect necrotic enteritis has on birds and profits. Furthermore there is a review of the recent IPPE show in Atlanta, Georgia.
