The meeting will take place from 8:45 am – 5:15 pm on Tuesday 5 Feb and Wednesday 6 Feb. All committee and subcommittee meetings will be held at the Key Bridge Marriott, 1401 Lee Highway, Arlington, Va.
Issues to be discussed include the planned public health-based slaughter inspection system for young chickens and how a similar approach could be used for inspection in processing and other slaughter establishments.
