The fourth edition of World Poultry of this year is available online in a digital version.

Editorial focus of this issue is on breeder management. Such as on properly rearing breeders for optimal flock performance. Also it includes an article on the use of canthaxanthin to enhance flock fertility. In order to let broiler chicks make a good start, their placement in the house should be done with skills and knowledge. Experiences and advice on this topic come from South Africa.
