Schering-Plough acquires Organon BioSciences
Global healthcare company Schering-Plough has
announced that it has completed its acquisition of Organon
Organon BioSciences, which is comprised mainly of a human health business
(Organon) and an animal health business (Intervet), was purchased by
Schering-Plough from the Dutch Akzo Nobel NV for a sum of €11 billion.
