Over the past 40 years, Joseph Grelier and his son Jean-Marc have developed a
small business producing fertilised eggs, into the number one day-old-poult
producer in France, and the second largest producer of turkey hatching eggs. The
success of the business is now built on biosecurity, and the laboratory set up
at their headquarters in St. Laurent de la Plaine demonstrates just how
seriously this is taken.
