Lessons to be learnt from the European poultry experience
In many parts of the world, the poultry industry is feeling the growing
pressure from action groups and retailers to better respect the needs of farm
animals and the will of the consumers. Therefore the US poultry industry
discussed in one of the educational programs during the IPE in Atlanta what they
could learn from the Europeans.
