Cargill takes over UK poultry business
It has been announced that Agribusiness Cargill's food
products unit Sun
has acquired a British chicken processing
The company said the acquisition of Freeman's of
Newent Ltd was completed on Friday. The terms of the deal have not been
Freeman's has 120 employees and is based in southwest England.
Cargill's global poultry business has facilities in
Britain, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Canada, Brazil, Honduras, Nicaragua
