Aviagen ANZ welcome Japanese customers to Australia
Aviagen ANZ, the latest addition to Aviagen's global
distribution network, recently hosted a delegation of Japanese visitors in
Australia.
The group was made up of representatives from Nippon Chunky, the
long-standing Ross distributor in Japan, and several of their Japanese
customers.
The visit gave the group the opportunity to meet with the Aviagen ANZ
management team and the wider Aviagen Asian customer support team, as well as
gain a better understanding of how the new operation will benefit their
businesses.
One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the facilities of one of
Aviagen ANZ's domestic customers to observe live production and processing
facilities.
Araki Syunichi, Nippon Chunky's assistant manager:
"The trip has been a great success and we have been
impressed with what we have seen. It has been useful for all who
came along to see how best practise from an Australian operation can be
applied to the benefit of their own businesses."
Bill Souther, Aviagen vice president, Asia: "It has been a real pleasure to
provide our visitors with an insight into how Aviagen Australia and New Zealand
will benefit our customers in Asia and specifically Japan."
