Toxicologist Guillaume Counotte and poultry veterinarian Jeanine Wiegel of the Dutch Animal Health Service GD shared their expertise on maintaining optimal drinking water quality. The title of their duo presentation was: healthy water for healthy poultry.
Veterinarian Jose Ros, technical advisor for the development of gut health and performance solutions at Perstorp, explained why organic acids are amongst the most commonly used additives for feed and water sanitation worldwide and how they correlate to gut health and performance improvement.
And last but not least, veterinarian Plamen Nikolov, product manager at Vitfoss, shared his experiences from all corners of the planet in improving animal biosecurity. His presentation focused on biosecurity in not being a single action, but an all incorporating strategy.
