2007 conference: Anti-Avian Influenza
The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), World Veterinary Poultry Association and Japanese Research Group on Avian Influenza are joining forces to organise Paris Anti-Avian Influenza 2007, a conference that will focus on the latest scientific advances. This meeting will take place in Paris, France, from 31 May – 1 June.
The 2006 meeting was a great success. This year, the Paris Anti-Avian Influenza 2007 conference will be geared toward on lessons learned from the epidemic, as well as a look at the latest scientific advances, in particular, new therapeutic targets for the treatment and prevention of disease in animals and humans, as well as strategies to avoid a human pandemic.
