People: Cobb-Vantress appoints director of world marketing
Roger Vessell, who has over 26 years of sales and marketing experience, has been appointed director of world marketing for Cobb-Vantress.
“Roger brings a broad range of business experience and brand management expertise to our company,” says Stan Reid, Cobb vice president of sales and marketing. “He has a successful track record of directing both sales and marketing teams in his career, and we look forward to having Roger lead our world marketing efforts as sales of Cobb products continue to increase around the world.”
Vessell has been senior marketing manager for the past five years with Holt Caterpillar at San Antonio, Texas. Previously he was vice president of sales and marketing with Columbia 300 in San Antonio, and held brand management positions with Rawlings Sporting Goods.
He obtained his BSc in social sciences from the University of Missouri Rolla, and worked towards his MBA from Missouri State University.
