In order to further expand its customer support services, Petersime has introduced the e-shop: an internet based tool that allows customers to order any spare part from its product range with a few clicks.
The e-shop consists of an easy to use interface with clear pictures or drawings, which allows customers to quickly and accurately identify the necessary spare part. Moreover, it automatically routes the order requests to the right distributor or Petersime office.
The e-shop is already available in 24 different languages, and more languages will be added in the near future. All Petersime customers are automatically given access to the e-shop, which can be found on www.partspetersime.com.
