Antimicrobials to control Campylobacter in broilers (2005 special)

In the US there are several antimicrobials approved for use in poultry processing to reduce bacterial foodborne pathogens. However, we have limited in-plant knowledge of the effect of these antimicrobials for the reduction of Campylobacter spp.
