Embryos of high yield birds require better temperature control!

In the past decade major changes took place in broiler breeds. Characteristics of breeder hens as well as broilers changed. During that time little was done to adjust the hatching process, the result being a drop in the number of viable chickens. That is why a Dutch hatchery decided to look for improvements.
